From the short time that I worked with Warren he was & still is a true friend. Our daily smiles & laughs were true. We often talked about he being BCPD Officer vs State Police-Trooper. Our hats-Stetson's were always too big to fit in the car. " The City was safe with the "Marines" in town. He love his father-in-law "Pop" as we called him who would trim/cut the lawn daily. His wife Mary-Ann & daughter Kelly were his love. We often kept in touch talking football. So "God's Blessings" my friend.
P.S - If can't read this, it's because I had tears while writing.

So sad to hear of Warren's passing. I only knew you a short time at the courthouse, but I'll miss your sense of humor, your cartoons on my locker. You bravely fought the fight, may God rest your soul and comfort your loved ones.

My condolences to Warren's family. He was a great police. I worked with him in the Northeast District. He had a great sense of humor and was always willing to lend a helping hand. RIP my brother in blue
