      On August 18, 2022, Patsy Ruth Speca (nee: Toney) passed away peacefully. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Speca. Loving daughter of the late Carl and Winnie Toney. Devoted mother of Kathy Benton and her late husband Barry; Frank Speca and his wife Kathy; George Speca and his wife Debi; Mary Novak, Lorraine Mankiewicz and her companion the late Ronald Wright, Paul Speca; Adele Speca and her fiancé Gary; and the late James Speca. Cherished grandmother of Stephen Novak and his wife Kristy; Katie Peterson and her husband Alex; Christopher Novak and his wife April; Joe Speca and his wife Becky; Kevin Holleran Jr. and (Stephanie); and Katelin Holleran. Dear great-grandmother of Landon, Austin, Emma and Hanna Novak; Mazlyn and Avery Peterson. Devoted sister of the late Cibert, Sam, Bill and Richard Toney, Darcus Boardwine, Mary Cumbow; Buford, Randolf, Donald, and Chester Toney; Mable Speca, Fran Weindl and Dorothy Ullrich. Also survived by a host of loving Nieces, Nephews and Friends.
