Marie Anna Suchy Klein 96 passed away at her home in Rosedale surrounded by her loving family. Marie was born on August 27,1925 and was the daughter of John Suchy and Mary Daniloski Suchy. She was the beloved wife of the late Timothy L. Klein, devoted mother of Marian R. Klein and her life partner Dale Smith and Timothy R. Klein and his wife Linda. She is survived by her cherished grandchildren Kimberly Bush and her husband Matt, Timothy S. Klein and his wife Kara, David Klein and his wife Kristy. She was the loving great grandmother of Corey, Connor and Lexi Bush, Leah, Anna, Kayla and Mya Klein. She is also survived by her sister Theresa Williams and predeceased by sister Rosalie Vacovsky and brothers Joseph Patrick, John Marion and Robert Suchy.
Marie had a deep love for her faith, family and friends and an unwavering pride in her Polish heritage. She loved unconditionally and you could always feel her love for you without even a spoken word. She was kind and loved helping others. She was a great listener and had a special gift to console and comfort you with just the right words. Although she was an extremely strong woman, she was never judgmental and loved and accepted you unconditionally and with open arms.
Marie loved being a mom and was an excellent homemaker and crafter. She was always involved in making crafts for church, her home and for anyone she knew or met as gifts of her appreciation. A handmade towel or something crocheted was always in the making at her home in Rosedale.
Marie had a variety of different jobs throughout her life. During WWII she was one of the many needed defense plant workers and worked on guided missiles. She was what was known as a “Rosie the Riveter”. However, most of her jobs were in the medical field and she especially enjoyed working at Eastpoint Medical Center.
Marie had a beautiful smile, a positive outlook on life, a great sense of humor and was able to find joy and happiness in the simpler things in life. Marie certainly left a wonderful legacy for her entire family.
