On December 25, 2024, Linda Marie Szimanski (nee: Lutz) died suddenly and peacefully in her home. Linda was the devoted mother of Matthew J. Szimanski (Danielle) and Holly C. Plotsky (Benjamin); loving daughter of Regina J. Lutz (nee: Dembeck) and the late Adam C. Lutz, Sr.; and dear sister of Diane T. Anderson (William), Michael A. Lutz (Linda), Adam C. Lutz, Jr. (Jodie), and the late Joan Mohr Oberender (Richard).
A native of Rosedale, Linda spent a long career as a healthcare recruiter for the Greater Baltimore Medical Center and Johns Hopkins Medicine. In 2007, she proudly earned her long-delayed degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University. In retirement, Linda volunteered, worked part-time, and enjoyed her dogs and cat. And she really loved Christmas.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2025, from 10 am to 12 Noon at the CVACH/ROSEDALE FUNERAL HOME, 1211 Chesaco Ave. A prayer service will begin at 12 Noon, followed by an off-site reception. Cremation Private.

ASPCA or Humane Society (national or local branches)
