On November 17, 2023, Joan Amelia Palmer (nee: Day); Beloved wife of the late Jackson Lowe Palmer; Devoted mother of Laura Ann Palmer and Steven Michael Palmer; Dear sister of Kenneth H. Day.

Visitation Monday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the CVACH/ROSEDALE FUNERAL HOME 1211 Chesaco Ave. Funeral Services Tuesday 12 noon. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
