Jeffrey B. Collingsworth

Jeffrey (Jeff) B. Collingsworth passed away peacefully on June 10, 2021 at the age of 68. Kind and loving husband of Josette Collingsworth (nee: Reynolds) for 48 years; Devoted father to Joelle Eikenberg and her husband Jim, Jeffrey B. Collingsworth, Jr. and John Collingsworth; Dear brother to Joyce Keller-Uy and her husband Manuel; Loving grandfather (Poppy) to Will Haacke and Sydney Eikenberg. Jeff was born in Baltimore, Md on June 2, 1953 to the late Eugene and Josephine Collingsworth.

He graduated Calvert Hall College in 1971. Anyone who knew Jeff would tell you he was the type of person that would give you the shirt off of his back. He was a genuinely good, kind-hearted man that would do anything for you no matter what.  He enjoyed reading, fishing, gardening, cooking and watching sports, especially baseball. He adored his grandchildren and loved spending time with them and watching them play sports. He will be dearly missed by all of his family, friends and anyone that knew him.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
