On July 15, 2023, Edward Anthony Basta passed away surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Brenda Darlene Basta (nee: Haines); Devoted father of Kezia Darlene Santo, Edward Franklin Basta and Cory Michael Basta; Proud grandfather of Kaia, Kana and Kole; Loving son of the late Frank G. Basta and Matilda “Tillie” Basta (nee: Ritter); Dear brother of Robbie Basta, Charles Basta and the late David, Joseph, Mary, Kenny, Frank and Neil.

Visitation at the Saint Paul's Church 5010 Saint Paul’s Road, Millers, Maryland (21102) on Wednesday 1-3 pm and 5-7 pm, again on Thursday 1-3 pm and 5-7 pm. Thursday evening 8:00 pm a special Memory Service to be held in the church. Family and friends may gather on Friday 11-11:30 am, Funeral Service to begin at 11:30 am.
