On June 16, 2020 Clifton Walter Gonce, “Cliff”; Beloved husband of the late Mary Louise Gonce (nee: Bednar); Devoted father to Jeffrey L. Gonce. Dear brother to the late Vernon, Calvin, and Marvin Gonce. Graveside service 12 Noon on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
Cliff served our country in World War II as a Corporal in the 1st Marine Division of the United States Marine Corps and retired as a patrolman and detective from the Baltimore City Police Department.
He enjoyed fishing and crabbing to the fullest, as well as bicycling and metal detecting in Ocean City. He was active and healthy his entire life and lived each day with dignity and with a pleasant humble demeanor.
