Clare "Betty" Elizabeth (Butler) Kozan

On January 27, 2022, Betty Kozan passed away peacefully in her sleep at Harbor Hospital, Baltimore, MD. She was 89 years old. Betty will be greatly missed by those who survived her. Beloved wife of the late Frank L. Kozan, Sr. Devoted mother to Mary, Frank, Joseph, John (Tony) and Theresa. Loving Mom Mom to Laura Adams, Melissa Duke, James Kozan, John Moser, Sarah Kozan and 7 precious great-grandchildren. Frank and Betty were married for 71 years, their devotion to each other was admirable. Betty was a member of the women's auxiliary at Charles Evering VFW Post 6506 and the Rossville Democratic Club.  She often prepared the food for their meetings. Betty enjoyed her time at the Rosedale Senior Center, visiting with her many friends there and participating in the various activities. Our Mom will be remembered as an outgoing fun-loving person who cared deeply for her family and was well loved by all.

Visitation Tuesday 7-9 pm at the CVACH/ROSEDALE FUNERAL HOME 1211 Chesaco Ave. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 10 am at St. Clement Mary Hofbauer Church (Rosedale). Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
