 On July 9, 2025, Charles L. Walters passed away. Beloved husband of Carolyn Olive Walters (nee: Padgett); Devoted father of William Walters, Cynthia Moore, Ronald Walters, Gregory Walters and Janet Andrews; Dear brother of Donald Walters; Loving grandfather of Lisa, Brian, Bradly, Jeffrey, Shelby, Jason, Nathan, Aaron, Stephanie, Benjamin, Jonathan and James; Proud great grandfather of William, Jessica, Thaden, and Elowyn; and great, great grandfather of William, Henry and Theodore; Dear stepchildren Chris Baker, Don Baker, Renee Howard and step grandchildren Jessica, Christopher, April, Brent, Cameron and Nicole.

Charles was preceded in death by his first-born daughter, Christine Mullaney and his siblings: Edwin, Robert, William, Madeline, Melva, Arthur and Jeannette.

Visitation Tuesday 5-7 pm at the CVACH/ROSEDALE FUNERAL HOME 1211 Chesaco Ave. Additional visitation Wednesday 9-10 am with Funeral Services to begin at 10 am. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
