On September 22, 2023, Barbara Cecelia Brown (nee: Eisner), passed away into God’s graces. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Joseph Brown Sr.; Devoted mother of William Kenneth Brown, Frederick Joseph Brown Jr. and Yvonne Cecelia Marshall; Dear sister of William Eisner, Walter Eisner and his wife JoAnn and Bonnie Reidel; Loving grandmother to Melissa Brown, Brian David Marshall Jr., Mandy Brown Golleher, Michael Christian Marshall, William Brown and Delanie Brown; Proud great grandmother to Hyla McGowan-Brown, Jeremiah Joseph Marshall, Zachary Christian Marshall and Bailee Brown.

Family and friends may gather for a visitation Friday morning between 11am – 12 noon at the CVACH/ROSEDALE FUNERAL HOME 1211 Chesaco Ave. Funeral Services to begin at 12 noon. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
