On February 4, 2022, Amedea M. Liberatore passed away at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Victor J. Liberatore; Devoted mother to Victor Liberatore, Jacqueline Summers (CJ), Stephen Liberatore (Faye) and Anita Iseman (Ryan); Dear sister of Vilma Matricciani and Catherine Brocato and the late Nancy Cataldo, Jennie Casseri, Edward DeLegge, Alberta Cannizzaro, Lena Valle, Anthony DeLegge and Joseph DeLegge; Loving grandmother to eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Until an illness several years ago, Amedea was an active member at St Clements Church and the Knights of Columbus ladies' group. She worked for many years as a bookkeeper at Maryland National Bank (now Bank of America) before retiring, and previously for her husband’s hardware store. In her earlier years, she worked at Hutzler’s Department Store in various administrative positions.
