husband of Susan Anne McGowan (nee: Kuhn). Devoted father of  Peggy Hayes and her husband James, Sharon Weed, and Frederick Radtke and his wife Tammy.  Dear brother of Katherine Guethler, Betty Bienert, the late Ruth Phipps and Gordon McGowan.  Loving grandchildren Dawn, Michael, David, Frederick Jr., Tabatha, Samantha, Julie and Kristen.  Also survived by many great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

     Visitation Sunday, September 30th from 2:30-6:30 pm at the CVACH/ROSEDALE FUNERAL HOME 1211 Chesaco Ave. Prayer service Sunday 5:30pm. Interment: Private. In Lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Research 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105-1905
