Patricia D. Kafer, age 75, of Greenwood, DE, formerly of Baltimore, MD, died peacefully at Milford Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. She will be loved and missed by her husband of 53 years, Bill; her children, Jeffrey, Lori Scott (Dave) and Barb Hofmeister; grandchildren, Kelsea, Justin, Meagan, Evan, Alyssa, Brennen and Aubrey; and brother, Tom Zaccaria (Sally).  She was preceded in death by her parents, Vincent and Theresa Zaccaria.  Pat was a devoted wife, loving mother, caring grandmother, friendly neighbor, and dedicated nurse who enjoyed music, photographs, games, and puzzles.  She was a Catholic High School graduate and a graduate of Mercy School of Nursing.

       The family will receive visitors at the CVACH/ROSEDALE FUNERAL HOME, 1211 Chesaco Ave., Rosedale, MD (21237) on Sunday, June 4, 2017 from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial Mass will be held at St. Clement’s Church on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 10:45 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to, The Bayhealth Foundation- 640 South Street –Dover, DE 19901.  Additionally, comments and memories may be posted on her Faecbook page, which is Memorialized in her Honor.
