John Schofield Sr. Obituary

Schofield, John Sr.

On September 25, 2019 John Franklin Schofield Sr. (Frank) passed away at the age of 66 after his 3.5 year battle with cancer. He was called home to heaven on the same day that his brother, Sam Schofield, passed in 2016.

Frank was born and raised in Baltimore and was one of the most lovable, fun, and compassionate people around. His easy going attitude and contagious smile were a memorable attribute and will be greatly missed.

Frank was a proud carpenter for over 35 years in the Carpenters Local Union 101. He was married for 26 years to his former wife, Linda, and they were blessed with two children together, whom they loved dearly.

He is survived by his daughter, Tina Tolson and her husband (Ryan), and his son, John F. Schofield Jr. (Frank) and his wife (Chandra). He was a loving grandfather of 6 grandchildren: Austin, Hunter, Nathan, Bella, Grant, and Felicity. He is also survived by his dear brother, Robert (Bob) Schofield Sr. and many other family and friends.

He was predeceased by his sister, Maria Sines.
