Judy Mae Chalk (nee: Huber). Devoted father of Tom Chalk Jr.,

Steve Chalk, and Lynn Genco. Dear grandfather of Kevin, Gina,

Lisa and Brianna. Dear great-grandfather of Hunter, Melia,

Brantley and Bella.
