     On February 6, 2017 Jewel Catherine Trzeciak (nee: Amig)

 beloved wife of Paul Richard Trzeciak. Devoted mother of

Thomas J. Trzeciak, Autumn Schuchardt and the late Paul R.

Trzeciak Jr. Dear sister of Thomas and James Amig. Also

survived by 10 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

    Friends may gather on Thursday evening from 6-7:30pm at

the CVACH/ROSEDALE FUNERAL HOME  1211 Chesaco Avenue.

Memorial services will begin at 7:30pm. Cremation Private. In

lieu of flowers please make donations to the local Alzheimer’s

or Dementia Foundation of your choice.
